Allah k Wali [Friends of Allah]

I would like to narrate a hadith from Sahi Al Bukhari about the Wali Allah. Online line reference is also provided.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Allah said, 'I will declare war against him who shows hostility to a pious worshipper of Mine. And the most beloved things with which My slave comes nearer to Me, is what I have enjoined upon him; and My slave keeps on coming closer to Me through performing Nawafil (praying or doing extra deeds besides what is obligatory) till I love him, so I become his sense of hearing with which he hears, and his sense of sight with which he sees, and his hand with which he grips, and his leg with which he walks; and if he asks Me, I will give him, and if he asks My protection (Refuge), I will protect him; (i.e. give him My Refuge) and I do not hesitate to do anything as I hesitate to take the soul of the believer, for he hates death, and I hate to disappoint him." (Book #76, Hadith #509)

Eid Milad Un Nabi

These days I am tring to increase knowledge about the celebration of birth day of the Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Pease be upon him(SAAW)) 12 Rabi ul Awal.

I have found few verses from Quran which are quite meaningful for understanding.

1) And Salam (peace) be on him the day he was born, and the day he dies, and the day he will be raised up to life (again)!
(Holy Quran, Sura Al-Maryam 19, Verse 15)


2) And Salam (peace) be upon me the day I was born, and the day I die, and the day I shall be raised alive!
(Holy Quran, Sura Al-Maryam 19, Verse 33)

In the first verse Allah Almighty has mentioned the birth day of Hazrat Yahya (Alaihis Salam). And Allah Almighty said peace on that day he is born.

In the second verse Allah Almighty has mentioned the birth day of Hazrat Esa(Jesus) (Alaihis Salam). And Allah Almighty said peace on that day he is born.
